When I think of sushi joints, I envision friendly and outgoing chefs, clean silverware, spotless glasses, gleaming stainless steel cases, clean and shiny floors, etc. In other words, I anticipate having a delightful dining experience. So far, I've been to Circa Sushi three times and yet to have that "delightful sushi experience". The performers (i.e. the chefs) could be a bit more outgoing, and the joint could definitely use a weekend of cleaning and scrubbing. Maybe the fourth time is a charm?
