It’s hot and wet in North Florida
For those of you who live in the northern latitudes, I understand that February is a cruel month for you. Here in North Florida, our August is worst. Our temperatures are hovering just sub 100 degrees (F). If we’re lucky, we get an afternoon thunderstorm. We need the rain but the high humidity sucks every bit of energy out of normal human beings.
One of the no-cost extras of late summer is the annual fungi explosion. These photos were taken earlier today. Some mushrooms are deadly poisonous while others are (link)incredibly delicious.
